Established companies.

Over 100 documents a month. Payroll is billed separately, on the number of employees you actually have.

Both tables include: financial accounting, filing of tax and contribution returns, VAT journals and the trial balance, the statutory accounting registers, processing e-Factura, a monthly summary of the tax you owe, and everyday questions about your own company.

Prices exclude VAT. We invoice in lei, at the National Bank rate on the invoice date.

A document means one source document for one transaction, or one page of a bank statement: an invoice issued or received, a till receipt, a receipt (chitanță), a Z report, a customs declaration, a purchase schedule (borderou de achiziție).

In some lines of work the same number of documents means substantially more work: export and intra-EU supplies, domestic reverse charge checked supplier by supplier, manufacturing, grant-funded projects. There the accounting subscription is multiplied by a complexity coefficient of up to 1.5×.
